The post holder will support the OUTSIDE team to create radical change in the arts and culture offer in the Staffordshire Moorlands through the delivery and evaluation of the OUTSIDE project.
As OUTSIDE Creative Communities Producer you will be front facing, engaging, recruiting, empowering and nurturing community connections, ensuring the removal of barriers to enable participants to lead and shape culture in the place they live. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders to develop fresh ideas and responses, bringing new relationships, perspectives, broadening horizons and raising aspirations for all.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, committed and compassionate and who has experience of working with a wide range of communities. Ideally you’ll have a passion for social change and the role that arts and culture can play in this.
